Due to the nature of our products as food supplements, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.
Exception — Out of Stock Items
In the rare event that a product you purchased is unavailable or out of stock, we will issue a full refund for that item.

Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
Given Naturals is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdelivered packages due to incorrect addresses, incomplete information, or errors entered by the customer.
Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for any product damage, loss, or delays that occur during transportation. Any shipping issues must be addressed directly with the shipping carrier.
That said, customer satisfaction is very important to us. While we cannot guarantee outcomes outside of our control, we will always do our best to assist and help resolve any situation when possible.
